崗位職責：
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Guangdong Verbund site project would be BASF's largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. The site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards.
 
Main Tasks:  
-	Assist the Project/Engineering Manager with any concerns related to General Plot Plan engineering or construction. 支持項目經理/設計經理處理關于總圖專業的設計及施工問題。
-	Coordinate, monitor & control all key General Plot Plan activities towards contractor or engineering partner's work in individual Projects. 在項目執行過程中，協調、監督和控制承包商或工程合作伙伴在總圖專業的所有主要活動。
-	Monitor resources, timeline, performance, and costs in regard to General Plot Plan discipline at projects. 監督項目執行過程中與總圖專業相關的人力資源、進度、表現和費用。
-	Prepare Cost Estimate, supervising or preparing Basic Engineering documents and Technical Bid Evaluation. 提供費用估算，監督或提供基礎設計文件和技術投標評估。
-	Establish local know-how and market contacts in the relevant discipline and share with other/new project teams in BASF Asia Pacific and globally. 在相關領域建立本地專業技術和市場聯系，并與亞太區和全球的其他團隊或項目分享。
-	Make sure the local Regulation or special requirement regarding to General Plot Plan discipline are met in projects; Support the local authority permitting work as necessary by consulting the government authorities and providing related documentation. 確保項目遵守與總圖專業相關的當地法規或特殊要求；必要時通過咨詢政府機構并提供相關文件支持項目許可及取證工作。
-	Represent the owner interests in the project towards the EPs/Local Design Institute, Vendors, construction companies. Carry out technical and contractual supervision and guidance. 在與工程合作伙伴、當地設計院、供應商及施工單位等執行項目過程中充分代表業主利益。提供技術及合同監督和指導。
-	Compliance with all EHS policies and procedures, as well as maintaining a Zero Incident mindset in the implementation of capital projects, while championing BASF's commitment to safety always. 遵守所有EHS政策和程序，秉承零事故思維，深刻理解并執行巴斯夫安全高于一切的理念。
-	Champion the mindset of Continuous Improvement and implementation of improvement measures. 倡導持續改進并付諸于實際行動。



任職要求：
Requirements:　　　　　　  
-   Bachelor’s degree with major study in General Plot Plan engineering 總圖專業（總圖運輸，城鎮規劃等）本科畢業
-   Master’s degree will be an advantage研究生學歷優選

-  At least more than 10 years total working experiences 至少10年工作經歷
-  At least 9 years’ work experience in General Plot Plan engineering function in petrochemical, chemical or Pharmacy industry 至少9年在醫藥石油化工行業從事總圖設計
-  Work experience in international environment is an advantage 有國際公司工作經歷者優先
-  Holding engineer or senior engineer certificate is mandatory 必須持有中級或高級總圖工程師證書
-  Proficient command of spoken and written Chinese and English熟練掌握中英文
-  Good knowledge in national and international General Plot Plan discipline codes/standards精通總圖專業相關國內及國際標準規范
- Familiar with construction work of General Plot Plan 熟悉總圖施工
