                    南京延長反應技術研究院依托南京大學化學化工學院的平臺、技術與人才優勢,結合陜西延長石油集團已形成的中試平臺和產業技術,圍繞“微界面反應強化技術深度研發與產業化”項目落地建設與運作,推動產業化新型研發機構平臺建設、國家創新中心與國家重點實驗室建設、產業化推進與產業集群建設,致力于將南京市打造為國內外碳基能源工業及其它流程工業先進高端反應技術和綠色化學制造的主要研發和生產基地,力爭在2025年前,將研究院建設成為以先進反應技術為支撐的低碳能源與綠色化學產品制造的、享譽國內外的新型研發機構,助力南京創新名城建設。

                    1.總體目標

                    3年左右,將研究院建成國內主要的先進反應技術研究機構之一;在油砂開采、石油煉制、石化產品、精細化學品、濕法氧化水處理等5個以上應用領域,取得國際領先的技術和產業化成果,并取得顯著經濟效益和社會效益。

                    6年左右,研究院在先進反應技術的眾多應用領域、特別是流程工業領域具有國際級聲譽,研究院成為國際上最重要的先進反應器和綠色化學制造技術研發機構之一,同時成為國際級的大型高端反應裝備和化學品綠色制造技術提供商之一。

                    2.產業化目標

                    近期目標(3年左右):以研究院為載體,以微界面反應強化技術為核心,結合延長石油集團已形成的中試平臺和產業技術,新建或改造5套以上100萬噸/年以上渣油加氫煉化裝置;新建或改造2-3500萬噸/年以上兩步法短流程煉油新工藝(常減壓蒸餾+微界面乳化床加氫生產裝置(目前國際上一般采用5-6步法工藝:常減壓蒸餾+催化裂化+延遲焦化+加氫裂化+溶劑脫瀝青+加氫精制+催化重整);同時新建或改造5套以上10萬噸/年以上大型石化產品和其它產品生產線,取得300億元以上的直接與間接經濟效益和顯著節能減排效益。

                    中期目標(6年左右):以微界面反應強化技術為核心,新建或改造10-20套煉油及油品深加工裝置,20-30套大型石化產品和其它產品的生產線,取得1000億元以上直接和間接經濟效益和重大社會效益,助推我國產業升級和流程工業的高質量發展。在研究院平臺建設過程中,同時將孵化10-20個高新技術企業,爭取孵化出3-5個上市企業。

                    爭取在2035年前將研究院打造成為國際著名的碳基能源工業為主、化學制造業為輔的先進高端反應技術和綠色化學制造研發和生產基地。

                    3.基礎研究目標

                    南京大學支持籌建國家先進反應及綠色化學制造技術創新中心(暫名),同時兼顧重點實驗室和雙一流學科建設,并以其介觀化學教育部重點實驗室和化學、化學工程與技術兩個雙一流學科為重要基礎研究基地,重點探索先進催化材料、先進能源材料的理論、機制、方法及調控手段;攻克先進反應器研發及其特定應用對象所涉及的材料、結構、流體力學、傳質理論、反應機理和動力學、介觀與介尺度的界面傳遞與反應行為等一批產業化技術研發過程不可或缺的、且為國際前沿的深層次理論問題,取得一批在理論深度上具有國際顯示度的基礎與應用基礎成果,持續支持研究院平臺的中長遠發展。

                    南京微能化工科技有限公司的核心技術是微界面強化反應技術,它從科學概念、數學原理、測試方法、技術工藝、裝備發明,到應用示范一體化,并付諸研究實施,均是南京大學張志炳教授領軍的科研團隊在國內外首次提出,并獲得2017年中國石油和化學聯合會技術發明一等獎。該技術主要針對宏觀反應速率受傳質控制的多相反應體系,通過微界面體系強化反應傳質,可成倍提高反應速率,大幅度節省過程的能耗和物耗,生產過程的總體技術水平可得到顯著提升,它奠定了我國在這一科學與技術領域的國際領先地位。
                    人才待遇實行具有相當吸引力的政策,員工薪酬將按基本年薪加績效提成的形式發放,底薪按地區高端水平確定,績效獎金占公司毛利潤的20%以上。對于個人的獎勵將根據其所參與項目盈利情況而定,上不封頂。對有突出才能和貢獻的人才另行給予重獎。

                    南京微通分離工程科技有限公司是研究院平臺上重要成員公司,致力于張志炳教授團隊各項優秀的分離技術的咨詢、服務和工業化推廣;從事化工分離技術的開發與推廣、化工塔器設備的內件設計、制造與現場服務的科技公司。主要涉及化工、石化、煉油、空分、化肥、環保等領域的傳質與分離的技術開發、技術咨詢、技術服務和技術轉讓業務。

                    張志炳教授團隊原創研發的高性能塔器分離技術達到國際先進水平。在此基礎上研發的超級浮閥塔板SVT”、無壁流高效規整填料等高效分離元件及相應的工業設計軟件、專用模具和生產線,可為石化和化工企業在生產過程中的原料純化、產品分離和排放物無害化資源化處理等提供高效的分離技術,大幅提高分離效率并降低生產能耗。

                    南京大江清源環??萍加邢薰臼悄暇┭娱L反應技術研究院平臺上專門從事環境保護、生態修復、濕法氧化、工業三廢資源化的科技開發服務型公司,位于南京市江北新區南京華創高端技術產業化基地內。大江清源以江清河凈、淵源流淌、持續創新、勇于擔當、科技環保、服務社會為使命,以南京大學張志炳教授團隊研發的微界面強化反應技術(該技術已獲得2017年中國石油與化學工業聯合會技術發明一等獎)為依托,主要從事高效環保技術開發及技術服務、新型環保裝備制造、黑臭水體治理與修復、工業廢液的資源化處理、微界面濕式氧化處理技術及裝備開發等環保及清潔生產業務。
